Admittedly, the action of CA – Eagle Rising – Dawn of an Empire still takes place in Calradia, only in ancient times. Here's another modification that completely revamps Bannerlord.
Launch the BannerLord Mod Launcher tool and arrange the modules in the following order. Put the files from the downloaded archive into the game's main directory. Download The Long Night – Game of Thrones Total Conversion – White Walkers modification. First, install the BannerLord Mod Launcher – you will need this tool to set the correct order in which the modules are loaded. In short, only the foundations of the original game are left. Moreover, even dragons and giants appear! Another novelty are spells – a properly used wall of fire can give you a huge advantage. You will command soldiers of Kingdom of the North or the Rock, there are also terrifying creatures from beyond the Wall. Forget the classic units from Bannerlord. The map has been completely rebuilt, so you will see the headquarters of the most important factions, as well as the Wall and other characteristic locations. If you are a fan of the universe, you will feel right at home as soon as you start playing. The mod The Long Night – Game of Thrones Total Conversion – White Walkers (couldn't be shorter?) throws us into the middle of the conflict between the North and the Lannisters. In fact, it has already arrived, because Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord has lived to see a total conversion, moving players to the realities of the incredibly popular Game of Thrones universe. Here's a list of the best mods to Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord – note that we're listing both mods that are already available, as well as those that are still coming. This resulted in some obvious advancements – Bannerlord aspires to quickly catching up to Warband both in terms of quality and quantity of mods. What's more, some members of the modding community started working even before the game appeared in the Early Access – creating unit trees or models of new items.
Days after the Steam release, the game already has a number of tweaks, fixes and some new features.
There is something we don't have to wait for, and that's mods. The authors promised that the missing features will be gradually introduced – let's hope they keep their word. Most fans of Mount and Blade seem to be pleased, though it's hard not to ask the question: why ten years? Indeed, some of the announced novelties are missing, and others are not working properly. Finally, on March 30, 2020, Bannerlord became available in Early Access. We waited nearly a decade for a follow-up to Warband.
